This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with Mexican laws and regulations.
Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@hayatglobal.mx clearly mentioning "Request for Refund" in the subject line.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
If a student is entitled to a refund of the fees they have paid for a program, they will be charged 3% of the program fees to cover the bank transaction costs.
If a course is canceled by Hayat Global Academy, a full refund will be issued to all registered students.
If a student decides to withdraw from a course before receiving program acceptance letter, a full refund will be provided minus a processing fee of 3%.
No refunds will be issued for courses that have already commenced or been completed.
If an applicant's visa application is rejected, a full refund will be processed, provided that the applicant submits proof of visa rejection from the relevant immigration authority.
Hayat Global Academy reserves the right to inform the relevant immigration authority, and the Mexican Border Service Police known as the National Institute of Migration about the visa rejection.
Refund requests under this clause must be made within 7 days from the date of visa rejection.
Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
Hayat Global Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future transactions.
